Google and Reliance partner to bundle 3G plans with all Android phones

                             
                                 


Reliance Communication (RCom) and Google India have announced they have entered a two-year partnership, where all Google-endorsed Android phones (with the logo behind) sold in India in that period will come bundled with a 3G mobile connection from Reliance.

Tikona to launch 4G services in October this year

Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) is likely to launch launch Long Term Evolution (LTE -TDD) based 4G Wirelss Broadband service in circles Gujarat, Himachal Praesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh East and Uttar Pradesh West by October, 2012. Tikona had won 4G license for these circles in the 2010 BWA auction.
